EnCompass Tip of the week - Convert Utility
In case curiosity has not got the better of you.
Alongside the two Encompass icons there is a small utility called Convert. As the picture shows it will convert all sorts of measurements from Imperial to Metric, Metric to Imperial or within scale.
Select the measure you have and the one you want to convert to, put in the value of the known measure and convert will do the rest. In this case 1 pennyweight = 0.05 troy ounce.
So next time you want to convert:
dyne centimeter's to kilopond meter's or
kilobits to nibbles
you know where to look.
Homework: how many drops you can squeeze out of a dram.
