NVZ whole farm limit module
This module totals the field areas and calculates the whole farm limit. Fields in an NVZ have a limit of 170 kg N/ha. Outside an NVZ the value is 250 kg N/ha.
If a derogation has been granted, the details may be entered to increase the farm limit. The derogation is only granted for a specific period. If the module is run outside of this time the derogation value will not be applied to the land in an NVZ.
In step three the Nitrogen in home produced manure is calculated from standard tables. Or if a different Nitrogen value is available it may override the standard value. This may come from ENCASH calculations or in certain cases sampling and analysis of the manure. (ENCASH is available via the PLANET helpline - 08456 023864).
Step four enables imported manures to be included.
Step five enables exported manures to be included.
