How to print a report
The principle of printing is completely different from the previous versions of EnCompass. We realised that a lot time would be saved if all the recommendations could be printed or published to a PDF with one click.
Reports are now collated on the basis of what you see on-screen is what you get in the report/PDF. If you have a list with one recommendation you receive one in the print, if you have all your recommendations in view they will all be drawn into the report.
The following screen-shot is ready to print/PDF all 6 recommendations:
By selecting one of the options in the list you can:
Preview Recommendation - creates a PDF with all six recommendations in it. Save, print or email this for your clients
Print Recommendation - all six recommendations go straight to your printer
Preview Tonnes to Order - creates a PDF with the product requirements for all six recommendations.
Print Tonnes to Order - report goes straight to your printer
Preview Spreading Summary - creates a PDF of the spreading summary
Print Spreading Summary - report goes straight to your printer
Export Spreading Summary - export the report to an Excel spreadsheet.
For a single recommendation the most convenient place to print is from the final step of the recommendation wizard.
