Field Usage Report

It has never been easy in EnCompass to find out which recommendation contains a particular field. The "Field Usage Report" will provide a list of fields and the recommendations that they are used in.

Open the "Recommendation List" from the menu bar. Filter the recommendation list down to the farmer and/or season that you want the report to include (see previous TotW for details on filtering). There is no need to filter down to a single farmer, each list will start on a new page.

Select (highlight) the "Field Usage Report" and then there are two options:

1   click on the "data grid" button top open a screen report, see below. Column widths may be amended to suit the content width. The sort order may be changed to, for example, put all the wheat fields together. The paper report may be printed or exported to a PDF or spreadsheet.
2   or click on the "preview PDF" button to open a formatted PDF to print or save to your PC. Or the drop down list includes an option to print straight to paper.
